I am proud to lead as the Managing Director. Being a second-generation builder, my passion for construction started at a young age when I would accompany my father, Dave Lee, to construction sites. I vividly remember the excitement I felt when I was just 6 years old and had the incredible opportunity to operate a 30-ton excavator under my father’s guidance. That experience ignited my love for groundwork’s and set me on a path to where I am today.
